Pulaski Bank and Iberia bank, are the same bank according to my research and Wikipedia. The cards are the same all but in name. The application process is identical but with different URLs. They ask for some very detailed unnecessary questions which makes me suspicious. Strangly the Pulaski bank card carries the Royal Bank of Scotland 4-arrow logo. Could not confirm this is a fact yet. Note that Royal Bank of Scotland Group is majority owned (74%) the British Government. Interesting is it not?

Slow response time to application. Turned down through apparent lack of credit. Apparently they only use Trans Union. Automated response, no sign of human life in application.
