you have to check with each credit agency to see if its there first . just because its sheduled to fall off next month it doesnt do it immediatly. may have a to wait a few months to recekc and see if its still on there.

you cant you have to dispute the issues with each credit agency. get a report then you can see who has what and do it that way

the only thoing you can do is put a statement attatched to your credit file of that situation and let it be known when you fgo for credit again

you have to wait 7 years from that date before they will take it off.

the limitations on being on a report should only be 7 seven years from the very first time it was on there after that screw them.....otherwise you hve thnsd on your report for 15-20 years. when it should only be 7... along with there Are more errors than i can count.. addresses wrong, employment wrong, ect. and what the hell does the credit score have to do with the dam driving...??? if I have not had any tickets or accidents.

they dont give you any of that info. unfortuantly it does stay on your report for at least 7 to 10 years .no matter what. I had it done to me in 2000 and it did not come off until 2010. the system I think needs a complete overhaul
