My credit score came back as 780, but Chase sent me a letter stating that my rate would be going up by 50%. When I called to ask if this was true, they said it sure was. I asked why they were doing this and they said they were raising rates on everyone. I told them they weren't on me and just to cancel the card. I had a Discover card to replace it with the rate I used to have on Chase within the week. I say never again to Chase.
