Thank you for your info, but I have tried speaking and writing to the radiology group(medical bill) and the collection agency, informing them that I had total insurance coverage for their service and that they had billed incorrectly for the service. The rad. group said that they would make the necessary corrections. I sent the copies of the insurance cards & I heard nothing else from them . My next interaction was from a collection agency. I think the charge is about $25.00 & is several years old. It is terrible that one is punished and your credit affected by others' mistakes! From reading here it will do me no good to pay off the debt? !
