You might have an unpleasant surprise after waiting for the 2-week listing period to be over. On my loan, they waited until after the 2 weeks were up to underwrite the application and then declined it. The person handling my application was quite pompous and rude. I wouldn't want to deal with them again no matter how desparate I was.
