Having huge problems with B of A/LaSalle merger (from last year), so I took up WaMu and am finally being treated like a customer again.
Try two week holds at B of A, Checks drawn on thier own Bank! How about an $18 K Check deposited in some one's account in Ca. two month's ago, than after I caught the missing deposit after a week, they hold the corrected deposit for an additional two weeks! I've loudly in the Bank protested this stupidity at locations, by asking what the hold time on Cash deposits is!
Been with B of A for five years and LaSalle over thirty! I've warned them over and over, I will jump ship if they don't get their acts together to no avail. Incredibly bad service and what astounds me is that they bought LaSalle for their deposits and the Chicago Market. I wonder how many other previous LaSalle customers have done the same thing and severed their ties!

Great card! Good website, great rewards. My first Business Card for my LLC and couldn't be happier. But I agree with one post in regards to limit, that I was a little suprised by my only getting a limit of $12,500...

Applied, accepted with a $69 K limit. Than tried to transfer $ 7K and was declined. Called the rude folks in the Credit Dept. to challenge reasons for decline. Reasons: Too many inquiries, have a total of four and one is AMX's. Too high card balances, Have over a $1/2 M in card credit with only $7K on one card I wanted to transfer. No other debt period!
They kept referring to the Card Member agreement giving them the right to refuse transfers. This was an unacceptable answer and is a sort of Bait and Switch.
