I have never known a bank that calls itself the Bank of America, but hassles you if you opened your account in one state and need to do a transaction in another state. I opened my account in California and moved to Tennessee. The Bank of America in Tennessee gave me drama about conducting banking since I opened my account in California. Nonsense! Also, they charge a fee if your balance goes under $1,500. Not many people have $1,500 just sitting in their account collecting dust. I want to close my BOA account so bad, but I am abroad at the moment and must wait until I return home later this year.

Okay, I am relatively new to this card, but thusfar I like it. I really like the 5% cash back on purchases and the $300 credit they have given me for mearly opening an account. Time will tell with this card, but so far, Chase is off to a strong start with me.

Good card, but outrageous annual fees made me shut this one down. I don't advocate for annual fees on credit cards unless the company is offering something truly exceptional. American Express Gold just didn't really offer anything special to justify the $85.
