I have been a customer for almost years, I switched from Chase because Chase kept making mistakes. Citi is ok as the big banks go, they have all of the services and pay about the same lousy rates on deposits. I like the thank you points, I can earn about $25 a year for keeping my account there. They got some bad press recently about increasing their fees or minimum balances, but this was not very well explanined. You can still get FREE checking if you make one direct deposit and pay 2 bills online,so I just changed my acccount. They have fallen behind in # of offices in the NYC area, hopefully they will get back on track some day.

I got Orchard during Chapter 7, (6/10 discharge)...the credit limit is only $1,000 and they arent offering increases but it is a fine card, $39 annual fee and no rip off charges. I havent had luck with others because the lenders won't usually offer you credit if you included them in the bankruptcy, and I included most of the majors.

I asked them last week and they told me that they have made a corporate decision NOT to offer credit line increases at this time.

Identity Guard is NOT the same company as Experian. They use the Experian credit report data and estimate your Experian score. Same thing for CreditKarma and TransUnion, and for many other sites. The credit score is not an exact science and can tend to vary. Try not to worry too much about this, and focus on getting an improving trend.
