Since you're 85 yrs. old, I'm guessing that you aren't planning on applying for a job, buying a home or buying a lfe insuance policy, so your credit score might be fun to watch, but it has no useful meaning. As for the CC co. telling you that you had a bankruptcy when report shows that you didn't, you should correct them.

On my "Score" page it says "The length of your credit history is 325 months with an average account age of 243 months. Your average account age is lower than 93% of Credit Karma users."
On my "Lineage" page it says "Your average age of credit lines is higher than 97.4% of users"
So which is it, lower or higher?
Clearly (to me at least) it should read "higher", so Credit Karma you need to fix this.
Shouldn't the conclusion read that my average account age is "higher than" 93% of Credit Karma users?

A home equity line of credit (often called HELOC and pronounced HEE-lock) is a loan in which the lender agrees to lend a maximum amount within an agreed period (called a term), where the collateral is the borrower's equity in his/her house.

Yes you should. The 1st time that I applied for a car loan, I had just started my first post college job that month and had no credit history. I applied for a car loan at 3 banks. 2 turned me down but the 3rd granted me the loan. When I had their check in hand, I asked why they gave me the loan while 2 other banks turned me down. Their answer was, I don't know, everything looks good to us.

Paying off your credit card every month won't produce a 0% utilization since the charges that you continue to make will keep your account from ever being 0.
