I got that same response.  Guess we are just members of the unlucky 1400.  "We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue causes credit scores to be unavailable at times for roughly 1,400 of our 5 million users. We are planning a release in April which will eliminate this problem for these users. Thank you for your patience."
 

Still isn't working for me either. 

I'm having this problem too.  Haven't been able to update since 3/8.  Not sure why. 

I got the "further processing needed" msg and figured I was denied, as usual.  Got an email this morning (about a week later) saying my Discover card is on its way. Called the CS # and found out my CL is $500.  I have a 669  CK score, 9 inquiries, 2 paid collections from nearly 7 years ago, 1 Capital One secured card only 5 months old $1000 CL, and $13,000 debt from student loan NOT in repayment yet.  I really can't believe they approved me.

What was your starting CL?  Have they increased it yet?

I think you are lying.

Inquiries stay on your report for two whole years. And who said disputing things on your report takes it off for 30 days? THat's absolutely wrong. It might list the negative as "under investigation - disputed" or something like that, but it doesn't come off unless the credit bureau deletes it after the investigation is complete.
