This card has worked well for me. I carry no balance, and the offer for the card I got gave me a fixed 9.9% APR. The online service works well enough and gives you the ability to generate one-time-use (or limited-time-use) disposable credit card numbers. I've been happy with the limited interactions I've had with the company on the phone, and have no complaints overall, other than receiving too many balance transfer checks in the mail.
