How long do Delinquencies stay on your credit report. I heard it was 7 years but I have also heard that after so long they drop off so as long as your credit score goes up the delinquencies seem to matter less when going to get a loan for a home. I am asking because I had 3 last summer and that was the reason why I could not get a home loan for 35000 and since I tried to apply for that loan in March my score has went up 100 points from 612 to 719 on CK.

I have a credit score of 719 but I have 3 delinquencies on my credit report from last summer in June and July? When will those drop off so that I can get a home loan?

How long do delinquencies effect getting a home loan if everything else is paid on time? I have 3 delinquencies on my credit report that happened last June and July. They caused me to not be able to get a home loan that I applied for in March, my score has went up 100 points on Ck since then do you think that I can get a home loan if I keep everything up and wait 6 more months, how much do you think I could get the loan for? In march it was 612 on CK and 635 at the bank now it is 719 on Ck and I am not sure what the bank would tell me. Help me please

I am 23 and a full time teacher. I have 3 delinquencies on my credit report which is keeping me from getting a loan. I have had CK for about a month and in that time my score has went up 100 points. When I went to the bank to apply for a home loan to buy my grandmothers house they denied it because I had those delinquencies and my credit score was 635 with not much history. A month later I have a 719 and about to pay off a credit card and I will have been renting for 4 months. I am wanting to go back to the bank in a few months and see if I can get that loan again. Does anyone know how long delinquencies hurt you from getting a loan if you have been on time with all utility bills and credit bills for 6 months. These delinquencies are from last summer. I need help to figure this out anyone have a clue??
