Been with chase since 2008 ... have another student card from them ... Zero balance carried and always paying on time ... Approved for a score of 742 ... 5k limit ... and $200 bonus once I spend 500 ... doesn't sound like a bad deal :)

And they needed only 250 when I signed up for it, not 500 like they ask for now!!
Chase has more coupons, requires direct deposit, as little as 25$ for 6 months then cancel your account. I got over $400 from chase that way, for opening accounts for both me and my wife :)

I signed up for a similar offer 4 months ago and got the bonus. They will deliver it to you account after spending exactly 90 days - not within the 90 days like Chase - after you have fulfilled the requirements.
