Stay away from them!! Citi will claim your electronic payment from Regions Bank was "bent", and send it back to Regions. I had Regions overnight another 1 (before the due date) and Citi then hit my 0% interest with a return check fee. Even thou they are the ones that returned it!!! Jacked my rate to %29.99.
