Chase is my only open credit card account lender who increased credit rates across the board. They are not going to "clean up the mess" on my back because I will never use them again. I made sure both my Chase accounts were zeroed out before their increased interest rates went into effect. This is nothing more than "classroom punishment" - the whole classroom is punished for the behavior of a few. Chase won't ever get any of my business again. Too many other reputable lenders to allow Chase to screw you over like this.
