It is not really a P2P website since your really getting your money from a group of credit unions; rates are about average for banks. I don't think you will find much of advantage over a bank, and the whole idea of lenders having a CD's interest going to someone else is not going to work. Other than friends and family who is going to have a low paying investment pay even lower for a stranger? go to your bank for money or if you have good credit, Prosper rates around 6-8% for AA or 7-10% for A borrowers.
