Has anyone been approved for this card,

without being pre-qualified?   They've offered

me 3 different cards to choose from,  but have

yet to pre-qualify me.  thx.

Public Savings, are you able to report my payment history to my credit reports, if I have my reports frozen - voluntarily? If not what do I need to do, to be sure that my payment history is reported & shows up on my credit reports every 30 days?

thanks for your comment. I am NOT a fan of this bank. Extremely rude staff in Buffalo N.Y. Gave me a hard inquiry for applying for an online personal bank account & did not approve me out of sheer spite. Ripped me to shreds for using my EIN -sole pr., in which it clearly allows. Will skip on all of their services, even when I am fully established. Nasty & hateful agents & policies. Better off getting two Public Savings cards, and just be patient while researching. Platinum Zero sounds a bit better, although not sure.

My reports are frozen (no fraud alert/voluntarily) so how can this
be an accurate prequalification, and what happens with the hard inquiry, that they'll want to place on my report. Should I apply for the secured card instead? 530 score for now.

What happens if my reports are frozen when I apply for this card?
It says, there is a soft pull. That means I will not receive a hard inquiry on my credit reports, correct? Also, what happens when they want to report to the credit bureaus about my credit history?

what happens when it is time for you to report my credit history, while - my reports are frozen? Also, do you report addresses(mailing & physical) to the credit bureaus? I was told that you do. When I signed up, your minimum limit was $200. Am I aquired to send &300 plus fees now? Or, does the $200 limit still apply?
