Pay off all debts. That way you pay nothing in interest. You have more money and the credit card leeches make less. Formerly called Kneebreakers and Loan Sharks now CEO's and COO's. Mortgage Bankers are a little farther down the food chain (bottom dwellers).

Just refinanced my home loan and Ally Bank bought my paper. Don't have any experience with them but know them by reputation (GMAC). They seem conserative. I'll have to wait and see how they treat me. They have to be better than Wells Fargo....hope hope hope!!! I'll up the rating after six months.

Been with them for 40+ years. Both home and car(s) that entire time. Rates are hard to beat and they have met their obligations when I needed them.

Have had a life policy for 18+ years and they seem OK or average. Remember, your betting them that you're gonna die and they're using your money to bet you you're gonna live. Kinda convoluted isn't it? They are an OK company. Term Life is the best way from my perspective.

Fianaced a couple of auto's with them. Very good. Conserative too. Wished I'd have financed the house with them. Oh well?

Sad to say that even I, a clown (see pic), got sacmmed by these Bozo's. Sheared like a sheep on the way to the slaughter. I would appreciate it if there was some warning posted to "BE CARE FUL OF ANY OFFERS ON THIS WEB SITE", but you can't bite the hand that's feeding you. Saw one of their commercials on TV and the guilt trip was on. Can't score less than 1 star, so I'll score them at that.

Since I couldn't rate them in the negative number set, I'll gladly give them a big thumbs down (and from a clown that's lot's). They messed-over my son and his wife in California. They, like Wells Fargo, seem to be in a contest for least liked and trusted financial institution. Bad JUJU from these boys, so please watch out CK.

Found out the real scoop on front-end and back-end ratios. Found it on the FHA Web page. I apologize for misleading anyone.

New information. Now they want me to divulge the particulars of my personal savings by sending them a copy of my account activity for last month (including deposits and expenditures). Of course they don't need this information....so why? Doing some research with FDIC documents about on-line mortgages and such. Shoulda been careful....."if it's too good to be true, it probably is". BTW, copies of paid receipts weren't acceptable, they want certified signed documents from the Credit Union where I had the car financed. More coming up at ten. Getting deeper by the minute......

Got in touch with FHA / HUD today and was assured that they would call WF and find out why. As soon as I know I'll pass information on.

I think in this case "silence might be golden". Would be interesting to see what they would though.

My thoughts exactly. Unfortuntely they have 500 of my money and according to their web page, if I reneg, then they get to keep the 500. Think I'm gonna sit tight and let them (Quicken) reject me. Do you know any other way to accomplish this?
