10+ years with Citi-10K limit. On time more than min. pmts. Rewarded with a 29.9% APR !!! Of course opted out, would not be able to pay min pmt!! Offered 10% credit on every dollar I paid over min. pmt for 4 months. $5 on $500 additional on a $200 min. pmt. I got it BAD on this one--sounds like more cards to follow. Why am I paying for dead beats debt? Citi is sub par lender making money off knuckle heads that don't pay...new legislation won't allow their unethical tactics so, strategy is EVERYBODY pays. Can't win. Wish I was smarter about credit along time ago.
