I have this card. Customer Service is ok. The moment I charge, I make the payment the next day. Annual fee of $175 is VERY steep. Gas gets 3x points, groceries get 2x the points unless you are at a bulk food store such as Costco or Sams Club. At those places you only get 1x point per dollar spent.

What can I do to raise my credit score?
Speaking from experience, I had a low credit score because I had no debt. Go figure, eh? I HAD to get a credit card and establish debt to be considered trustworthy. How sad.
