What if you don't have the money RIGHT THIS SECOND but will in two weeks? Credit cards allow you to make a purchase, then pay the balance in full. If you do that you'll never pay the company a single cent- that is, unless there are annual or other fees. It's not hard to find a no-fee card though. My current favorite is AMEX's Clear. No annual fee, no over-limit fee, no late payment fee, and if you pay on time each month, no interest. No cash advance fee either, which is nice (aside from the ATM fee).

While it's true that you'll always sell at a loss at this site, they offer the most money for your cards out of any site that offers this service. $212 back for a $250 best buy card isn't fantastic, but I'd rather have money I can use for anything as opposed to being stuck with spending it in one place (where I don't need anything from).
