Still waiting on my $25.00!!! It's been more then the time they quoted it would take for the credit to apply to my account. Been with BOA for almost 5 years. This isn't the only offer from them that I haven't received what I was promised. :-(

I work for B of A, and this does happen sometimes. If you've ever used OLB billpay in the past, you won't receive any money (I know, I was angry too.) If, however, you are a new billpay customer and haven't received your money, got to your local branch and ask for the Sales & Service Specialist or Personal Banker. They'll be able to track down your money and get it to you. Thanks for banking with us!

I just closed checking and savings BOA accounts after they decided to close 2 VISA accounts with no notice or reason. I have a credit rating of 802 and have never, ever been late with any payments to anyone and have never bounced a check. They have now probably screwed up my credit rating. I would avoid Bank of America at any and all costs. It is NOT worth doing business with anyone who treats customers who have been loyal for more than 25 years.

Not to defend BOA, it should be noted that many banks are closing unused lines and credit cards. It is a function of a bad economy and reducing liabilities.

I know how you feel, I have been a loyal costumer for more than 15 years they lowered my available credit by half but I also had the same problem with amex so its not just BOA.

After like 70 days I finally got my $25 for bill deposit. They delivered as promised. I have yet to have a bad experience with Bank of America.

The offer has limitations, but as I read the comments concerning customer service, BOA leaves much to be desired. I have had problems with them in the past over my mortgage and the botched application of an extra principal payment. My best recommendation to anyone is to give the customer service rep and that person's supervisor each one chance to fix the problem you bring to them. If you don't get satisfaction, go to the top and work your way back down. I got a much faster response by sending a certified letter directly to Ken Lewis, President and CEO of BOA. Within days my problem was fixed after arguing with their customer service chain for 6 months. Now that Mr. Lewis is retiring, you might need to do a little research, but the top down approach might save you some time and agravation.

I have been with BOA for 20 years started with nations. I am now ready to loe my house because their loan department sucks. I have never met such rude and ignorant people. A 33 million dollar bonus to their CEO after taking bailout money. I think he should lend me a measly 11000 dollars to make my mortage payment. First I made too much money to qualify for a modification program now I'm laid off so now they say I don't have enough income to qualify. I wonder if these people have ever had to experience what we go through.

READ OFFER FINE PRINT. you only get the $25/$35 if you have not used BillPay in the last 6 months. And in either case, you signed up for their email offer list. I am a regular BillPay user, but they aren't looking to reward me. They are looking to get others who don't use BillPay to begin using it. So if you haven't used BillPay in 6 months, then this is a great offer. Otherwise, you're signing up for junk email and no $35 incentive.
from the fine print at the bottom of the offer website:
"This is a special limited time offer available to existing consumer and small business customers who have not made a bill payment with Bank of America Online Banking within the last 6 months. "
