I don't recommend this card either. I finally got it cleared with BoA and they told me it will be another 45 days to mail me a check for the incentive. I told them forget it."

This offer is no good if you have used bill pay in the past. The "catch" must be printed in extremely small print somewhere that hardly anyone would notice! I have been with BOA for 5 years & I am considering opening an account with another bank. This isn't the only offer they have not followed through with & my account has been in GREAT standing since I opened it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFER!!!!! FOR SOME REASON IT SHOWS THAT I DO?????"

I signed up for this offer when I opened my account in the summer of 09. Never got the incentive and I followed all the instructions. I called customer service and they were very polite saying they were submitting a form regarding my incentive and told me to call back in a week if the money had not posted. Well, I called back when the money had not posted and was told that no representative had submitted a request which they could find. Then I was given the telephone number to their incentive department so the appropriate person could submit the request. I was told to call back after 90 days if I do not receive a check in the mail. I find that BofA has ok customer service and the convenience of their ATM's is a big winner in my book. Otherwise, they are not better than any other bank at living up to their promises or providing superior service. They are all the same. For themselves and screw the customer."

same thing happen to me a rep put threw a form and told me to follow up in a week when i called back they told me that its sceudled to go in my account january 6 which is over 90 days of the original promise and i counted both ways buissness days and total days both over"

its January 6th and no credit did the online chat and was told to call and got a rep that was less then knowledgeable and wanted to submit a second form stating that no one processed the first one sure enough i told her why is it so difficult for the bank to fufil a simple request the lady asks me for a promotion code i said mam i didnt write down or file your advertisment flyer or code she then tells me she can file a second request i can take it or visit a branch i then kindly said what can a branch do they arnt going to hand me $25.00 she then says wait a couple more days wth! lady its been 110 buissness days"

is it 90 days or 90 buissness days because i never used there ebill pay system until august 28 2008 when they told me about the offer in a branch when i was setting up online for the first time i had to do two ebill pays before the 1st of sept which i did the same day they went out the 29th and its been well over 90 days and no credit"
