Read the terms of service, there is a $48 annual fee and then a $7 monthly fee, meaning $132 in annual fees, and almost $100 in activation fees.

I applied for this online and was approved. When i receive it in the mail, can i simply decline the offer and never activate it in order to avoid ever actually using the card and being charged these stupid fees? or am i automatically signed up and charged the minute i was approved?
