They keep mailing me offers but their fees are totally outrageous!

This is true. I actually have a card through them and I keep the balance paid now and refuse to use it because the fees are crazy. They charge you to pay your bill lol.

This credit card did help me build my credit up a lot. Fees however are crazy with the annual fee and they do charge you to pay your bill on line 7.95 or 14.95 over the phone. If you choose to mail your payment in it is free of charge. Take it for what it's worth.

If you use a web bill pay service, you can also pay that way too for free.

i have fair credit and got denied! thaught they believed in giving someone a second chance!?
and i also applied for a different card that stated it was for bad credit and the reason they turned me down was my credit was too good for that one and now i apply for this one for fair cedit an its not good enough for this one.

This card is a BIG rip off! Don't fall for it.. it makes you put money up front, then charges fees nonstop. I ended up paying $300 just to drop it. I only used it twice, and the rest of the time I was paying all the fees. Made me think twice about credit offers.

not good

I've had this card for 4 years, and its been a nightmare. I only used it to build up my credit when I was 18. They charge ridiculous fees, an annual fee, and a "monthly maintenance fee" of $7 every month. If your trying to build new or rebuild credit, stick with a Secured Card as it is the best way to go!
