Pulaski Bank and Iberia bank, are the same bank according to my research and Wikipedia. The cards are the same all but in name. The application process is identical but with different URLs. They ask for some very detailed unnecessary questions which makes me suspicious. Strangly the Pulaski bank card carries the Royal Bank of Scotland 4-arrow logo. Could not confirm this is a fact yet. Note that Royal Bank of Scotland Group is majority owned (74%) the British Government. Interesting is it not?

They make no secret of the fact that Pulaski Bank is now Iberia Bank. On their web site, it is a huge banner across the top of the page. And I've had my Iberia Bank Visa for a while now and think they're nothing short of WONDERFUL.
