This card promised a $10.00 reward but did not deliver. The first card was lost in the mail. I called the customer service to resend instead they talk you into reapplying due to a changing platform with the promise that the 10.00 will be placed on the new card. The new card comes but without the reward. after 3 calls to customer service they deny the promotion exists.
