The absolute worst customer service i have EVER experienced, ive only had the card 5 weeks, there have been 2 random holds put on the card for no reason, and they expect you to do the legwork to get them removed.  Calling this company is like that discover commercial where he calls in and talks to 'peggy', which is actually a guy in a closet.  As soon as i get the hold taken off im canceling this p.o.s. card, they charge $1 for EVERY transaction, and backdoor you with all kinds of fees, very very disappointed, will not do business with them again.
