With all the fees this is not a very good card.

- You cannot stop payment on a transaction.
- $30 activation fee
- Either $4.95/month fee or $1.00 per transaction
- $0.50 Declined transaction fee
- $4.50 fee for each cash withdrawl you make at financial institution
- $2.00 ATM fee
- $1.00 PAYMENT FEE!!
- $1.00 fee when you talk to a CSR
- $0.50 fee when you use the automated system
....and many, many more fees!
