DO NOT USE OR GET THIS CARD,THEY ARE JUST TAKING YOUR MONEY AWAY FROM YOU,GET ORCHARD AND CAPITAL ONE TO START REBUILDING YOUR CREDIT.THAT CARD WILL ROB YOU.

Sounds like a big rip off to me. Capital One an Orchard have MUCH better deals than this. $15.90 per month before interest? They are trying to play us. Credit Karma shouldnt accept these type of companies as advertisers - makes me question Credit karma now.

My fellow users, don't fall for the glitzy ads on TV. This is not the best way to go if you can't get a credit card- even a secured one. The Rushcard makes the monthly fees of the greediest banks look like spare change. Think about it: if you are going to get charged a monthly fee of $15.90 for using a Rushcard and you're near a Bank of America branch (which I am shocked to be supporting considering some stunts they pulled on me recently), there IS an $8/month eChecking account that is free if you agree to electronic statements and handle most of your business at an ATM or online. If you'd rather not deal with a bank at all, there are other prepaid cards that are better options (ie: UPside Visa, Mango mastercard) that cost much less...
The card may have a diamond on it but this card is far from being a gem. Don't waste your money on over-hyped and overpriced debit cards, no matter how convincing the commercials are.
