It's not about score as much as debt to income! You can have a lower score but a good debt to income and get a card. On the other hand, you can have a great score, but if you have a high debt to income ratio don't wast your time or the hit on your credit! That probably goes for pretty much any card, unless you want a really low credit limit!

This is partially true. Your DTI and overall income will affect your credit limit. However if you have bad credit, no amount of income will get your approved under normal underwriting. There are special relationships and other methods to get approved if you are a high value customer.

Applying for credit Card offers carry repercussions to reports & scores. How can i realistically accept anything from Credit Karma? Credit Karma should devise a way for members to apply WITHOUT these repercussions. Make it safer for members.

What you are requesting does exist. Companies like Orchard Bank perform a soft pull pre-screen.

Just like all the others, they say they are willing to give credit but they don't. You pretty much have to have a high 700 score to get anything..

I recieved this offer and I do have 2 credit cards that are maxed and paying on them and need one for emergencies. So I took this offer and I was denied so my opinion is that credit Karma is not accurate in picking credit card offers.

its not credit karma, you have 2 cards that are maxed out... they see you as not able to pay them back. pay off ur credit cards and try again....

The initial offer was declined, but I was made another offer (with a higher interest rate - the only difference) for which I was instantly accepted.
