everything from citi is getting bad. They will cut your limit for no other reason than the credit crunch going on.that in itself will make your credit to debt ratio go up and then they will go up on the interest rate

I have had this card for several years, and it wound not be my first choice if I were looking for a new card. There are better deals out there.

Not a good choice for BT since the fees are uncapped.

Right now I have a balance of 6k on my wells fargo visa and my payments are going up higher. Would it be better to balance transfer to this card if possible?

This is a good deal, but do not be a second late or your rate will go through the roof.
