Hate this card. Cash Back offer sucks now. ABSOLUTELY hate their service.  Went online for a dispute with no resolution. Called them and there was no resolution. Finally WALKED INTO THE BRANCH, took the banker like 30 minutes to call three different people and STILL he said you have to "call" and talk to them. OKAY RUDE chase people, after all my attempts to resolve my issues, nothing was done. recommending EVERYONE LEAVE CHASE and go to Discover and if you can, AMEX.

I originally got this card because its best feature was a great balance transfer rate and 0% intro APR rate, which I was very happy about. The cashback program used to be much better; I'm not a big fan of the revolving spending categories because I can't take advantage of earning best cashback on most of my purchases.

Besides a mediocre rewards program, customer service at Chase has been great so far. I had a late fee incurred due to payment on a weekend, but after a quick email to Chase, they revoked my fee and apologized to ME for the inconvenience. It's little details like that which make being a Chase customer more satisfactory.

Overall, good-enough card. Could probably find a better cashback program if your credit can qualify you for more premium cards. If they brought back the intro APR offer, would make it a much more worthy card.

This card used to be better. They used to give you a great cash back rate on your top 3 categories. Now they dictate which categories you'll earn a high cash back on. The kicker that made this card awesome was the abillity to cash out on a $250 cash rewardswith only $200 worth of points.

Excellent deal for me so far, I do all of my usual spending, pay off the card in full every month and I managed to get $300 in cash back in less than a year. I expect to make $500 next year in cash back rewards.

I've had the card for 3 years & just shopped around to see what is available, I made the right choice. Some cards go as high as 5% cash back but are extremely limited. For example, the 5% cash back ONLY kicks in after $6500 in purchases (for that catagory). Another is just 5% cash back for gas ONLY. This is a perfect card for low spenders, with the highest return. It's limited in that you only get 3% up to $600 in purchases (in the catagory). Hence it's great for low spenders... it's rather hard to spend over $600 a month on groceries (gas another story).
